Mr. Walls has work experience as both a P.E.and an Environmental Scientist. As an P.E. his experience includes site planning, grading, permitting, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, construction management and GPS and Total Station surveying. As an environmental scientist, his experience includes stream and wetland jurisdictional assessments, environmental impact assessments, and design of various restoration projects including natural stream channel restoration, acid mine drainage, agricultural BMPs and abandoned logging and gas well road restoration projects.
